Ever wonder why your life is so disorganized? Are appointments being missed? Well, wonder no more and download AgendaMax, a personal information manager on steroids, with more features than most calendars. Holds over 64,000 appointments at once. At 10 per day you'll be set for the next 17 years. Also h0lds over 64,000 tasks. And holds over 64,000 holidays, And holds over 64,000 notes. And holds over 64,000 journals. All at the same time. Appointments, tasks and holidays are graphically displayed on the calendar and a display beside the calendar only shows those items which relate to the calendar date. Tasks not marked as done are always carried over to be added to tomorrow's list. Double-click on any calendar date to bring up the Day At A Glance, or drag an appointment or task into the calendar to either start or edit it. Use the Holiday Calendar to add your favorite holidays or import your countries' holidays directly into the calendar with over 25 country holiday templates. Keeping a journal is a snap with the automatic journaling features and if keeping project notes is your priority, the Category Notes will fit your bill. Can't find something? Use the Keyword Search function to search all your appointments, tasks, holidays, journal and notes. Using military time? AgendaMax shows appointments either in a 12 or 24 hour format. Used to a date book? Click on Daily View to display AgendaMax in a date book format. Need to take your calendar on the road? AgendaMax prints calendar, task, holiday and appointment lists. The calendar, and most other things, can be customized by you so toolbars, colors, fonts, and graphics are the way you want them. Fully network compatible, by setting the Data Path options (detailed instructions in the enclosed network.txt file), you can have as many people as you want, sharing your data.
