Ekando LoudMail is the no-stress email reader for Microsoft Outlook. Simply select a message and your computer will start to speak it for you. You also will hear, who sent the message, the subject and whether the message has attachments.

You'll find it relaxing to listen to your emails being read aloud for your. It's particually good for people who have difficulty reading from the computer screen.
