RadioTelephone Tutor is a tutor program; that helps you study for the FCC GROL License, plus the Ship Radar Endorsement License.
The FCC GROL License is needed to adjust, maintain, or repair transmitters in the aviation, maritime, and international fixed public radio services.
Computers have a reputation for speeding things up. This includes studying for the General Radiotelephone Operator License exam.
Often times, test questions are worded in ways; that fool you. By using RadioTelephone Tutor you will not be thrown by them.
