SampleNet is used to manage all the sample development activity for your merchandising department. It generates sample orders with YY, trim parts and size spec., sample invoices, customs invoice, sample history report and sample status report in different grouping.
Most important, it gather all the sampling invoice record to form a group of sample development cost analysis. Since all the customer is not paying sample charges in today's merchandising business. Sample development cost become an important issue for management in consider costing margin.
Multi languages with Chinese / English Bilingual interface and reports, more applicable for multi-national companies with business association with China.
Remote Access SampleNet Database over internet, able to view record details from overseas. (with user's own Window XP or Server) Multiple user access to the database at the same time. Workgroup and multi-user functionality. User right limitation restrict junior staff reading sensitive figures and report.
Power search functions. Able to hold one million of records.
Print to .PDF format or print to MS document imaging. Which is then capable of converting to any kind of graphic formats. i.e. .jpeg .jpg .png .bmp .gif .tif. The graphical format document can't be changed or altered by recipients for legitimate purpose. All print out is able to export to Word or Excel file for further editing.
